With 15 years of advertising and marketing experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of brands, big and small, including: Taco Bell, Best Buy, Corona and Volkswagen among others while at iconic ad agencies (CP+B and Deutsch LA). Most recently I worked as a Global Brand Director for a fast-growing, global start-up, called letgo.
I pride myself in being a connector. I look to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external business partners. Over the past 3 years I’ve led brand marketing at one of the fastest growing startups in the US, letgo. There I’ve managed a multi-million integrated-marketing budget that included TV, digital marketing, agency selection and digital partnerships. I've built the brand narrative, value proposition and positioning for the company with a cross-functional team.
I’ve recently recognized the importance of building comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and spent time focusing on how we communicate product launches and features to our users. I believe brand is strongest when leveraging all touch-points of the experience. As part of the GTM framework we developed specific KPIs, benchmark measurements, and aligned product leadership on implementation.
I love working with a thriving team, have a bias for action and look for opportunities to see my team flourish. At letgo the brand marketing team has tripled in size during my tenure.
At my core, I’m a brand advocate, always championing the value of brand in the marketing mix. Over the last 5 years I developed the ability to understand different audiences and craft messaging that resonates and drives growth.
On top of making ads and driving creative, it’s not lost on me that the real (fun) work happens in the details. Establishing KPIS and working cross functionally to measure impact, continue to provide the greatest learning and growth opportunities.
